Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and 1111b ("Platform", "we", "us", "our"). By accessing, registering on, or using any part of the 1111b platform — including the website, the 1111b Login portal, the betting and casino products, and any associated services — you confirm that you have read, understood, and unconditionally agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease all use of the 1111b platform and close your account if one has been created. Continued use of the platform after any amendments to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

Eligibility Requirements

Access to and use of the 1111b platform is subject to strict eligibility requirements. By registering an account, you represent and warrant that you satisfy all of the following conditions at all times:

• You are at least 21 years of age. 1111b enforces a strict 21+ age requirement across all products and services. Individuals under 21 are absolutely prohibited from registering, depositing, or playing on 1111b under any circumstances.
• You are acting as a private individual and not as a commercial agent, affiliate, or representative of any third-party organisation for the purpose of generating profit outside the normal scope of player activity.
• You are not a resident of any jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by law, and you bear sole responsibility for determining the legality of online gambling in your location.
• You are not a current or former employee, contractor, officer, director, or close family member of an employee of 1111b, its technology partners, game providers, or payment processors.
• You have not previously been self-excluded from the 1111b platform or had an account closed by 1111b due to a breach of these Terms.
• You have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to you.

Account Registration & Management

Each player may hold one (1) account only on the 1111b platform. Registration of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether under the same or different personal details, mobile numbers, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms. 1111b employs automated and manual systems to detect duplicate accounts; any duplicate accounts identified will be closed and any balances forfeited.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in Bangladesh, and a valid mobile number linked to your preferred payment method (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Upay). You must update this information promptly if it changes.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must not share your username, password, or OTP codes with any other person. 1111b will not be held liable for any losses arising from unauthorised account access resulting from your failure to keep credentials secure.

1111b reserves the right to carry out Know Your Customer (KYC) verification at any time. KYC may require submission of a government-issued photo ID, proof of residential address (such as a utility bill or bank statement dated within three months), and proof of ownership of any payment method used on the account. Accounts that fail to complete KYC when requested will be restricted from withdrawals until verification is completed satisfactorily.

Deposits, Withdrawals & BDT Transactions

All financial transactions on the 1111b platform are conducted exclusively in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT, ৳). 1111b does not charge platform-side fees on deposits or withdrawals via supported local payment methods. Any fees imposed by your mobile financial service provider (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Upay) or bank are separate and are the responsibility of the player.

Deposits: The minimum deposit via mobile wallet (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay) is ৳200. Deposits via bank transfer carry a minimum of ৳1,000. Deposits are credited to your 1111b BDT wallet within seconds of confirmation by the payment provider, subject to network availability. 1111b is not responsible for delays caused by the payment provider's infrastructure.

Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests to Bangladesh mobile wallets are processed within 15 minutes during platform operating hours. Bank transfer withdrawals are processed within one to three banking hours on weekdays. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawal requests submitted outside operating hours (11:00 PM – 6:00 AM BST) will be queued and processed at the start of the next operating period.

• Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method that has been previously used for a deposit on the same account, unless an alternative method is approved through the KYC process.
• 1111b reserves the right to request additional verification documentation before processing any withdrawal above ৳50,000.
• Any attempt to reverse, charge back, or dispute a deposit through your payment provider while retaining balances or winnings on 1111b constitutes fraudulent activity and will result in immediate account closure and reporting to relevant financial bodies.
• Funds deposited must be wagered at least once before a withdrawal is permitted, unless 1111b explicitly states otherwise in a specific promotion. This is the standard single-wagering requirement for deposit funds.

Bonuses & Promotions

1111b offers bonuses and promotional incentives to eligible players from time to time. Each bonus or promotion is governed by specific terms that are published alongside the offer. In all cases, the following general bonus conditions apply:

• Wagering Requirements: All bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn. The specific wagering multiplier applicable to each bonus is stated in the individual promotion terms. Unless otherwise stated, the default wagering requirement for any bonus is 30x the bonus amount.
• Eligibility: Bonuses are available to players who meet the eligibility criteria stated in the specific promotion. 1111b reserves the right to restrict any bonus to new players, specific geographic regions within Bangladesh, or specific game categories.
• Expiry: Bonus funds and associated free spins or free bets expire within the period stated in the promotion — typically seven (7) calendar days from the date of issuance unless otherwise specified. Expired bonuses are removed from the account without compensation.
• One Bonus at a Time: Players may only hold one active bonus at any given time. Applying for a new bonus while one is active will not be permitted until the existing bonus is either completed or forfeited.
• Game Contribution: Not all games contribute equally to the wagering requirement. Live casino games typically contribute 10% of each bet placed. Slots typically contribute 100%. Crash games may contribute between 50% and 100% depending on the specific title. Exact contribution rates are listed in the promotion-specific terms.
• Abuse: Any attempt to abuse bonus terms — including placing opposing bets to lock in winnings regardless of outcome, using multiple accounts, or employing automated betting strategies — will result in immediate forfeiture of the bonus, associated winnings, and may result in permanent account closure.

Gameplay Rules & Fair Play

All games available on the 1111b platform are provided by certified third-party game studios including Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play, Spribe, Ezugi, NetEnt, and Microgaming. Each game is governed by the rules defined by its provider and uses certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology or live dealer mechanics, as applicable. 1111b does not alter game outcomes.

In the event of a technical malfunction or disconnection during a game round, the following rules apply:

• If a disconnection occurs before a game round is completed and the outcome cannot be determined from server-side records, the bet for that round will be voided and the wagered amount returned to the player's balance.
• If the game server successfully records a completed round outcome before a disconnection, that outcome stands regardless of whether the player received a visual confirmation on their device.
• 1111b is not liable for losses arising from connectivity issues on the player's side, including but not limited to mobile network interruptions, device battery failure, or ISP outages.

For sports betting markets including cricket (BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, Bangladesh Tigers fixtures) and other sporting events, 1111b reserves the right to void, suspend, or settle markets in accordance with the specific sport's governing rules. In-play odds fluctuate in real time and accepted bets at a given odds price are binding. Any manifest pricing error — where odds are clearly incorrect due to a system error — will be voided and stakes returned.

Responsible Gaming Obligations

1111b is committed to promoting responsible gambling. All players are encouraged to use the responsible gaming tools available in their account dashboard, including deposit limits, session time reminders, cooling-off periods, and self-exclusion. Players who choose to self-exclude are prohibited from attempting to circumvent the exclusion by registering new accounts. Any account opened in violation of a self-exclusion will be closed immediately and any balance forfeited. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 1111b platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balances, and reporting to relevant authorities:

• Registering or operating more than one account on the 1111b platform.
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading personal information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using another person's identity, payment method, or account credentials.
• Exploiting software bugs, technical errors, or manifest pricing errors in betting markets.
• Using automated scripts, bots, AI-driven betting algorithms, or any software designed to gain an unfair advantage.
• Colluding with other players, employees, or third parties to manipulate game or betting outcomes.
• Engaging in money laundering, structuring, or any other financial crime through the platform.
• Attempting to access the platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by applicable law, while misrepresenting your location.
• Reverse engineering, scraping, or attempting to access the platform's underlying systems, APIs, or databases without authorisation.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing 1111b staff, support agents, or other players via any communication channel.

Intellectual Property

All content on the 1111b platform — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, website design, graphics, text, game interfaces, and promotional materials — is the exclusive property of 1111b or its licensed content providers. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right, title, or interest in any 1111b intellectual property.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any 1111b content without prior written permission from 1111b. Unauthorised use of 1111b intellectual property will be pursued through all available legal remedies.

Privacy & Data Protection

1111b collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms and should be read in conjunction with them. By registering an account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

1111b applies SSL encryption to all data transmitted between your device and the platform. Player account data is stored on secured servers. 1111b does not sell personal data to third parties for marketing purposes. Data may be shared with payment processors, KYC verification providers, and fraud prevention services strictly as necessary to operate the platform and comply with applicable legal obligations.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 1111b's total liability to you for any claim arising from your use of the platform — whether in contract, tort, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your 1111b account in the thirty (30) calendar days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

1111b shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill, arising from your use of the platform, even if 1111b has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

1111b does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to the platform. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, network outages, or force majeure events may result in temporary unavailability. 1111b will make reasonable efforts to minimise downtime and to notify players of scheduled maintenance in advance.

Account Suspension & Termination

1111b reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the time period requested.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or use of the account in connection with criminal activity.
• Player-initiated self-exclusion.
• Receipt of a chargeback or payment dispute from a financial institution linked to the player's account.
• Identification of the account as a duplicate of an existing account held by the same individual.

Where an account is closed due to a player's breach of these Terms, any balance remaining in the account may be forfeited. Where an account is closed for administrative reasons or at the player's own request and no breach has occurred, the player's verified BDT balance will be returned via the most recently used withdrawal method within ten (10) business days, subject to the completion of any outstanding KYC or AML review.

Amendments to These Terms

1111b reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, 1111b will provide notice to registered players via their registered email address or via a prominent notice on the platform no less than seven (7) calendar days before the amended Terms take effect, except where immediate amendment is required by law or to address an urgent security issue.

Your continued use of the 1111b platform after the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those amendments. If you do not agree with amended Terms, you must close your account before the effective date of the amendment. The current version of these Terms is always available at 1111b.io/terms-conditions and is dated at the top of the document.

In the event of a dispute regarding a bet settlement, game outcome, or financial transaction, you must contact support within thirty (30) calendar days of the event giving rise to the dispute. Disputes raised after this period may not be considered. 1111b aims to resolve all disputes within five (5) business days of receipt of a complete written complaint.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with general principles of international commercial law applicable to online gaming platforms, with particular regard to player protection standards. Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer under applicable law.
